- Project files (audio/video and transcripts): stored up to 30 days after project completion, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion or a longer retention for ongoing work.
- Invoices and accounting records: retained for the period required by applicable law.
- Support communications: retained as needed to resolve the request and for quality/safety purposes.
If you require immediate deletion after delivery, state this in your project instructions and we will confirm feasibility and timeline.

If GDPR applies to you, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
