Use this when you already have a transcript and want it validated and corrected against the original audio/video.

Tier 1 — Standard QA

$0.50–$0.85 / audio minute (or $35–$45/hour)

Best for routine projects with clear audio and straightforward formatting.

Accuracy check against the recording.
Grammar, spelling and punctuation corrections.
Basic formatting (speakers, simple timestamps if specified).
Deliverables: DOCX/TXT (others on request).

Tier 2 — Professional QA

$0.90–$1.60 / audio minute (or $45–$60/hour)

For complex/specialized content, multiple speakers, accents, or challenging recordings.

Terminology verification (legal/medical/technical).
Advanced formatting rules (detailed timestamps, markers) as specified.

Tier 3 — Premium / Expert QA
